VacationRentalPhotos.com operating under Data Post LLC is dedicated to providing quality imagery ofvacation rentals within your inventory at a price point that is attractive. Studies have shown that pictures sell and increase conversion dramatically. We offer photography services that fit any business small or large. We understand that your inventory may not need pictures taken of the entire home or unit so we offer different programs for interior only, exterior only, and of course the entire home. All images taken will be large enough and suitable for print catalogues or other print collateral.
* Exterior pictures only - $40 per home or unit (6-8 images)
* Interior pictures only - $40 per home or unit (8-10 images)
* Entire home - $70 per home (14-18 images)
Filler images are additional images for print publications or website imagery that have significance or importance to your area like beach pictures, shopping areas, local events, marinas, restaurants and so forth. These images can be purchased as well in packs that range in size. Filler images are additional to orders for property photographs. (Some acceptions apply)
* Pack of 5 filler images - $30 Pack of 10 filler images - $45 Pack of 20 filler images - $80
Many homes and condos are located within communities that are named and often gated; this differentiates specific areas within villages, towns or even cities. These communities usually have community signs out in front of the gate or at the entrance, they sometimes have a community pool area, many times a community playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, clubhouses, and several other amenities that make that community unique and desirable.
Community images are FREE with any order of 30 homes or more. (Maximum of 6 images / community)
**All images taken by VacationRentalPhotos.com operating under Data Post LLC are wholly owned by the hiring company. Any reproduction or duplication of proprietary images provided to hiring company by Data Post LLC on another website or in print publications without prior express written consent from hiring company is prohibited by law. All images are owned solely by hiring company and not Data Post LLC. Data Post LLC will not distribute images, sell images, use images in any other online media or print publication. If another company has representation in common communities new images will be taken to avoid duplication. (ex: community signage, community pools, communities in general.) Filler images are unique and will be soley owned by hiring company.
